3. Drink plenty of water.
Although carrying a water bottle to class with you seems like second nature, the weekends make it difficult to keep up drinking… water. In addition, some college students choose to join in weekend activities that help cause dehydration. This week, make sure you're drinking lots of water to help stabilize your body and keep your H2O levels where they should be.
2. Skip the fast food.
T-bell sounding good right now? Your tongue might be craving some junk food but your undernourished body is screaming "NO!" It's nice to kick back with pizza and soda with your roomies on the weekends, but make certain you're also getting all your vitamins. Upgrade to a veggie and meat packed sandwich accompanied with some 100% fruit juice this week.

2…3…4 o'clock bedtimes are part of many college students' weekend schedules. However, this sleep deprivation can be a nightmare during the week. Make it a point to rest up tonight and give your body the full eight (or more) hours it deserves. Sleep positively impacts multiple areas of your life, and it feels great!
